How Microsoft has impacted the world and how I plan to bring a change to the society being a Microsoft Student Associate?
I would like to say that Microsoft has been impacted not only in my life or any particular age group but it has been impacted to the every age group in the world.Its not the matter of age group all the people use MICROSOFT products.Computer era has been divided into two parts, 'BEFORE MICROSOFT AND AFTER MICROSOFT'.Windows has been the key OS for the running of house hold computers,reaching millions of homes and offices.Windows phones has changed the style of NOKIA mobiles.MICROSOFT is the leading company in the world wide software business.Windows, Office, Servers, Programming Languages, Gaming Consoles,Mobile Device OS and many more.
Microsoft is a multinational computer technology corporation. The history of Microsoft began on April 4, 1975, when it was founded by Bill Gates and Paul Allen in Albuquerque. Its current best-selling products are the Microsoft Windows operating system and the Microsoft Office suite of productivity software.
In 1980, Microsoft formed a partnership with IBM that allowed them to bundle Microsoft's operating system with IBM computers, paying Microsoft a royalty for every sale. In 1985, IBM requested that Microsoft write a new operating system for their computers called OS/2; Microsoft wrote the operating system, but also continued to sell their own alternative, which proved to be in direct competition with OS/2. Microsoft Windows eventually overshadowed OS/2 in terms of sales. When Microsoft launched several versions of Microsoft Windows in the 1990's, they had captured over 90% market share of the world's personal computers.
The company has now become largely successful. As of 2013, Microsoft has a global annual revenue of US$ 77.85 billion and nearly 110,000 employees in 105 countries. It develops, manufactures, licenses, and supports a wide range of software products for computing devices.

Microsoft Visual Studio Express
Microsoft Visual Studio Express is a set of freeware integrated development environments (IDE) developed by Microsoft as a lightweight version of the Microsoft Visual Studio. Express editions were conceived beginning with Visual Studio 2005. The idea of Express editions is to provide streamlined, easy-to-use and easy-to-learn IDEs for hobbyists and students, rather than professional software developers.
Visual Web Developer Express is a freeware web development tool, that allows developers to evaluate the web development and editing capabilities of the other Visual Studio editions at no charge. Its main function is to create ASP.NET websites. It has a WYSIWYG interface, drag-and-drop user interface designer, enhanced HTML and code editors, a limited database explorer, support for CSS, JavaScript and XML, and integrated, design-time validation for standards including XHTML 1.0/1.1 and CSS 2.1.

How I plan to bring a change to the society being a Microsoft Student Associate=>
- As a MSA my contribution is to make sure that all the people around me in the society and in my college know about all the products of Microsoft for making their life more easier.
- There are many latest technologies and new products of Microsoft,where I going to publicize them and explain them to all the unaware people around me by conducting 'MICROSOFT AWARENESS CAMPS' , 'MICROSOFT TRAINING PROGRAMS' , 'ILLUSTRATION OF MICROSOFT PRODUCTS AND SERVICES' and 'ILLUSTRATION OF MICROSOFT PRODUCTS AND TECHNOLOGIES'.
- Sharing knowledge is the big multiplier of our own knowledge,as a MSP I would like to share all my knowledge and also the latest technologies in the world of Microsoft.
- I believe that I can show the world that its unimaginable to live in the present world without Microsoft.
- I promise that I would effectively perform my job and duties if opted as MICROSOFT STUDENT ASSOCIATE.
